Aleksandr Belkin (gim. 1966)– vokalas, akust., el. gitaros, lūpinė armonikėlė. Muzikos stiliai - Blues, Rock'n'Roll, Country. Grupės "The Road Band" lyderis ir įkūrėjas, visų originalių kompozicijų autorius.
Vilniaus Konservatorijoje įgijo akordeono ir liaudies orkestro vadovo specialybę. Baigė Vilniaus Pedagoginį Universitetą. Prieš sukurdamas The Road Band, grojo daugelyje džiazo, bliuzo ir rokenrolo grupių, o taip pat ir pirmojoje bliuzo grupėje Lietuvoje „Hilda Blues Band“. Su skirtingais kolektyvais koncertavo daugelyje Europos šalių. 1999 metais grodamas grupėje CBSB laimėjo antrąją vietą tarptautiniame kantri muzikos konkurse Mrangowo, Lenkijoje. Išleido 2 savo solinius albumus „Real Love“, „Black Papa“.
Išskyrus The Road Band, Aleksandras Belkinas dalyvauja daugelyje muzikinių projektų su garsiais Lietuvos muzikantais, dirba su bigbendais, grojo su daugeliu muzikantu is uzsienio, taip pat is JAV. Zimiausi is ju: Keb' Mo' (1996m. Olandijoje) ir Studebaker John (2007m. Kaune).
2002 ir 2006 metais įtrauktas į Lietuvos elito knygą „Kas yra kas Lietuvoje”. 2003 metais festivalyje "Bliuzo naktys" įteiktas "Auksinės stygos" apdovanojimas. "Country Saloon'e", Vilniuje, laimėjo Grand Prix kazoo grojimo konkurse. 2005m. parašė ir išleido knygą su CD "Trumpa džiazo istorijos apžvalga"(leidykla "Kronta")

Aleksandr Belkin (vocals, acoustic and electric guitars, harp) is the leader of the "The Road Band". The author of the most of the original songs of the band.
He has the diplomas of Vilnius Conservatory and VPU. Before he formed The Road Band, he used to play in many jazz, blues and rocknroll bands. He played in the first Lithuanian blues band Hilda Blues Band. With those bands he toured many European countries. In 1999 as a member of The Country Blues Session Band he participated in Country Europe international contest in Mragowo, Poland; the band won the second award there. Aleksandr has released his 2 solo blues albums Real Love and Black Papa.
Apart from his playing in "The Road Band", Aleksandr Belkin participates in many music projects together with famous Lithuanian musicians, also plays with foreign musicans. The most famous are Keb' Mo' (1996 in Holland) and Studebaker John (2007 in Lithuania). Sometimes, Aleksandr makes gigs with big bands.
Aleksandr Belkin is described in the book "Who is who in Lithuania" (2002, 2006) He has written and published the book "A brief history of Jazz" supplied with CD (publishing house "Kronta"). In the festival "Blues Nights" on 2003 he's got a "Golden string" award. On 2003 and 2008 in the "Country Saloon" in Vilnius A. Belkin won a Grand Prix in the contest of cazoo playing. Aleksandr - is the member of "The World Resophonic Association". Besides, he is invovled as a member of the best harmonic‘s players of the world.
